Vi søger en ny Service Advisor til 37 timer til Elgiganten Lyngby.

Som Service Advisor vil du indgå i driftteamet, der arbejder på tværs af en række områder indenfor driften som for eksempel håndtering af kassen, garantier, kundeklager og produkter. Derudover vil du være med til at sikre, at driften drives i overensstemmelse med Elgiganten værdier, kultur og butiksstandard.

Dine primære opgaver kan inden for området være:

  • håndtering og opfølgning af klik&hent
  • opsætning af både kunders IT-udstyr og intern IT
  • sikre at varehuset lever op til butiksstandarden og merchandisingstandarden
  • varekontrol og varetælling
  • varemodtagelse og vareudlevering
  • håndtering af servicesager og diverse tekniske spørgsmål fra kunderne

Du behøver ikke have en uddannelse eller lang erfaring - vi skal nok lære dig det vigtigste. Så længe du har viljen, så har vi vejen. I Elgiganten har vi mange interne udviklingsmuligheder, såsom kurser, træninger og lederuddannelser.
