Job Summary
As a Cloud Strategist in the Nordic Cloud CoE, you will engage with clients across various industries within the Nordic and Northern Central Europe (NCE) region. Your role involves leveraging Capgemini's comprehensive cloud services to devise innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to client needs. You will proactively or reactively identify client challenges, create effective solutions, and communicate the value and differentiation Capgemini offers.
We seek a "techno-functional visionary leader" with deep cloud solution knowledge, strategic thinking, and a startup mindset. You should excel at motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and act as the catalyst to achieve the best possible solution. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and understand their technical and business needs.
- Engage clients collaboratively to build trust and understand how Capgemini can assist them.
- Develop compelling, cost-effective solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Provide technical and sector-specific guidance throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful adoption of Capgemini Cloud Solutions, including AWS, Microsoft, and GCP clouds.
- Stay updated on Capgemini’s portfolio, industry trends, and technologies.
- Participate in industry events to share knowledge and network with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape proposals and coordinate inputs across business lines and technical practices.
- Leverage knowledge of Cloud Service Providers/Hyperscalers to integrate their products/services with Capgemini’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience navigating large, matrixed Service Provider/GSI organizations.
- Minimum of 5 years in technical presales, solution architecture, or related roles.
- Expertise in transformation/change and solution development.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
- Certification in at least one Hyperscaler (AWS, Microsoft, or GCP).
- Basic understanding of GenAI.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- You need to be based in the Nordics region (preferably Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen).
- Full professional proficiency in English and preferably also fluent in one Scandinavian language.
