Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark The HubDanske Bank Full time

It's an exciting time to join Tactile. We're a diverse team of storytellers, puzzle enthusiasts and casual mobile game creators. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in big part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily's Garden . Now we're on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games.

With more than 300 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 55 nationalities and 42% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves in cultivating a studio environment that stays away from crunch, that fosters your skills no matter what your discipline is, and one that gives you a place to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers.

Your role & impact:

We are currently growing our LiveOps team and are on the search for a Monetization Manager to join our team of talented Product Managers. We believe commercial success and fantastic player experience must go hand-in-hand, and this is where you come in: You'll be responsible for developing daily promotional plans and their implementation. Specifically, you'll be in charge of campaign designs and operational launches, the creative development of all communication channels, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing results, and reacting accordingly. With your deep understanding of player motivations, you'll provide valuable and continuous feedback as you identify areas for maximizing player experiences and driving our games' revenue growth.

This role is based in our beautiful Copenhagen office , as we truly believe that when talented people work closely together, amazing things happen We therefore offer full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark.

Okay, let's get a little bit more specific.

Here's what you'll be doing on the day-to-day as a Monetization Manager:
  • You'll develop new monetization strategies that align with the motivations and behaviors of millions of players, across all stages of their player journey.
  • You'll own, plan and execute on all in-game offers and promotions, always aiming to meet players' expectations and needs while following company business goals.
  • You'll define, set-up, and test new player segmentations across various offer types, and A/B-test new content and offers, analyzing if they resulted in the desired outcomes.
What we're looking for:
  • You've either worked in a similar role within free-to-play mobile games or bring a traditional marketing background, leveraging strategic planning and customer segmentation expertise to enhance monetization efforts.
  • You have exceptional analytical skills, exemplified by your track record of optimizing in-game offers by strategically leveraging LiveOps tools and implementing data-driven decision-making.
  • You have a basic understanding of SQL, meaning that ideally you're familiar with the fundamental concepts and can perform basic data analytics tasks.
  • You believe that candid feedback, a sharp focus on knowledge alignment, and close team collaboration are essential for producing great work.
  • You're able to keep a flexible mind in times of change.
  • You're eager to never stop learning and keeping yourself up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations.
