Core Responsibilities

  1. Bring your expert capabilities into play to evolve the approach, tools, and guidance for organization design.
  2. Be a player/coach for OD work to be deployed by our People Partners (HRBPs) as a key part of their role to support activities from operating model to team design using standard methodologies and a consistent approach framework.
  3. Outline what is needed and lead the way upskilling our People Partners in good organization design practices and make it stick
  4. Be hands-on in driving local and global org. design projects of various sizes and complexity to help meet our ambitious objectives by ensuring successful implementation of e.g., organizational changes.
  5. Constructively challenge and spar with People Partners, business area leaders, and senior collaborators on strategic org. design challenges and issues to improve leadership decisions and outcomes.

You will be a key member of the Global People Partner Project core Team (G3P), that sits under the Executive Leadership Team People Partner. We are a dedicated team who actively participate in- and drive various strategic projects and critical activities across People Places & Culture (PPC) and other ELT areas with a relentless focus on value creation, impact, and contribution.

You will make a clear impact as you help us strengthen and professionalize the critical organization design discipline across our global People Partner function.

Do you have what it takes?

  1. Substantial validated experience within organization design in a large International organization. Ideally gained from an in-house role or alternatively with a consultancy firm.
  2. Pragmatic approach, and capable of navigating through both complexity and ambiguity.
  3. Outstanding organizational design and change management skills, with solid experience in driving change through cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to make a positive difference to our people agenda through strategic understanding, tactical implementation ability, and strong business acumen.
  6. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
