We are looking for a well-rounded, mixed-method researcher to join the LEGO Building Experience team where we keep builders all over the world at the heart of our strategy and design work. Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-house, qualitative research including scoping, planning, facilitating, consolidating and presenting findings.
  • Consult on research methods and bring your knowledge into play as mentor for colleagues across the value chain.
  • Analyze and synthesize data from diverse sources to bring to life Voice of Consumer Insights.
  • Further develop and maintain our Building Experience insights library.
  • Generate actionable recommendations and connect the dots as day-to-day research partner for your Building Experience colleagues.
  • Visually Communicate findings clearly and systematically keep partners on all levels up to date on research projects across teams.
  • Identify project priorities, knowledge gaps, and research needs in collaboration with key partners.

Do you have what it takes?
Experience and track record is more relevant than specific education – we would love to meet applicants with a diverse set of backgrounds:

  • Master’s degree in e.g. research, strategy, marketing, psychology, economics, business, sociology or anthropology. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree + equivalent experience from innovation teams on new product/experience development, business validation or service design.
  • Experience with Design Thinking, user-centric research and insights from a design or brand consultancy, market research agency or client-side in a consumer insights or innovation role.
  • Ability of synthesizing relevant insights from multiple data sources such as desk research, quantitative trackers, social media listening etc.
  • Smoothly navigating between multiple and diverse tasks; from diving deep in the detail to zooming out on the whole.
  • Structured and methodical in your working style: motivated by doing the floor work and professional wrapping up as much as the research process itself.
  • Strong social, collaboration and interpersonal skills with a natural desire to build strong relationships
  • Naturally curious with obvious flair and motivation for project management and co-ordination
  • Experience with hands-on testing (with kids) is a plus
  • Fluent in English. Danish an advantage (local DIY testing as task)
