DEDIKATION søger en kommercielt stærk Brand Manager, med Food Service erfaring, til at varetage udviklingen af en række store brands i Danmark.
Vi er på udkig efter dig, som tænder på ejerskabet for din forretning og muligheden for at påvirke P/L for egen produkt- og brand-portefølje. Du brænder for at vækste din forretning og helmer ikke før budgettet er nået og helst overgået. Du bliver en del af en global virksomhed med mange store kunder, og vi søger derfor en selvkørende, robust og forhandlingsvant kandidat, der har erfaring fra lignende stillinger, da firmaet oplever en positiv udvikling i tilgangen af varemærkeleverandører.

Primære opgaver
Som Brand Manager bliver din primære opgave at videreudvikle og vækste organisationens brands i Danmark sammen med varemærkeleverandøren. Herunder udarbejdelse, implementering og koordinering af det overordnede budget og strategi for dine brands på basis af en marketing- og kanalstrategi. Strategien indeholder tiltag til forbedring af den fælles forretning med varemærkeleverandøren – herunder:

• Udvikling af kategori og brand.

• Udvikling af salg og distribution på eksisterende og nye produkter.

• Udarbejdelse af økonomiske analyser og scenarier på brand- og kundeniveau.

• Produktporteføljestyring.

• Proaktiv udfordring af Brand Owner i forhold til NPD, kategori og marketing mix.

• Udarbejdelse af brandpræsentationer til salg til årsforhandlinger samt kundemøder.

• Sikring af budgetter i overensstemmelse med godkendte planer og strategier.

Som Brand Manager er det dig, der driver processen og sikrer, at der er overensstemmelse mellem varemærkeleverandørens brandstrategi og din go-to-market strategi.

K ompetencer og egenskaber
Vi forventer, at du har en cand.merc. og gerne i økonomisk markedsføring eller lignende kandidatgrad. Samtidig har du minimum 3 års erfaring som Brand Manager – gerne fra Food Service.

Derudover forventer vi, at du:

• Har en stærk kommerciel profil

• Er skarp til at analysere data og omsætte disse til konkrete tiltag og resultater

• Er flydende i engelsk både skriftligt og verbalt

• Har fuldstændig styr på hele Microsoft Office-pakken

Som person tager du ejerskab, har en udpræget sense of urgency, er ambitiøs, passioneret og er i det hele taget drevet af at skabe resultater både selvstændigt og i samarbejde med andre. Du er forandringsparat og trives i et spændende miljø, hvor ingen dage er ens. Du tager ikke nej for et svar og trives i at blive udfordret.
