Dine ansvarsområder vil være:

Strategisk markeds indtræden og skalering:

  • Udvikle og implementere en data-drevet GTM-strategi, der maksimerer traction på nye markeder og produkter.
  • Identificere high-impact salgskanaler og marketing taktikker for hurtig vækst.
  • Optimere lead generation, konverteringsrater og pipeline for at sikre hurtig omsætningsvækst.
  • Koordinere marketing og salg for at skalere både inbound og outbound strategier effektivt.

Produkt- og markedstilpasning:

  • Arbejde tæt med produkt- og salgsteams for at iterere på value proposition og messaging baseret på kundefeedback og markedsdata.
  • Validere og forbedre product-market fit gennem hurtige eksperimenter og kundedialog.

Eksekvering af vækstinitiativer:

  • Lancere og skalere kampagner, partnerskaber og events, der driver awareness, adoption og loyalitet.
  • Bygge playbooks og processer, der kan gentages og tilpasses på tværs af startups i studiet.

KPI-fokus og vækstoptimering:

  • Overvåge nøgle metrikker som CAC, CLV, churn og MRR for at sikre ROI på alle vækst aktiviteter.
  • Analysere og optimere GTM-strategier baseret på præstationsdata og trends.

  • Du kan tale, læse og skrive engelsk på professionelt niveau. Dansk er ikke et krav, men vi ser gerne at du også kan flydende dansk.
  • Hvad dit CV specifikt består af, både når det gælder uddannelse og arbejde, er underordnet. Vi screener dig ud fra hands-on erfaring og forståelse af go-to-market strategier, og evnen til at kvalitetssikre og implementere ideer.
  • Du er teknisk kyndig, og generelt god med systemer, data, og gerne AI også.
