As a Customer Insight Specialist you will help collect and analyse customer data and communicate customer insights across the organisation. You will work with many different types of projects and stakeholders and help create the foundation for the newly established customer insight function.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Lead customer insight projects from start to end – both qualitative and quantitative - for stakeholders across JYSK to bring customer insights for decision-making
  • Assess and apply most relevant methods to get valid and applicable insight in cooperation with stakeholders and in some cases external partners
  • Analyse and interpret customer data to actionable insights by use of both existing and new data sources including our new digital solutions (e.g. CDP)
  • Communicate actionable customer insights to stakeholders across JYSK
  • Set up and maintain ongoing reporting on main customer KPIs for top management and relevant stakeholders across the customer journey
  • Develop the customer insight function together with the rest of the team

To succeed in this role, you have an analytical and structured mindset. You have a strong understanding of business and great stakeholder management and communication skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment where we help each other to get the best results for our stakeholders. You bring relevant experience to the team and want to contribute to the foundation and development of the function.

In addition, you:

  • Have +3 years or more experience working with customer insights and customer data in a similar internal role or/and as an external consultant
  • Have a strong and broad understanding of data sources, tools and survey methods for getting relevant insights
  • Have worked with projects and project management
  • Have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Can quickly understand new business areas and become a valuable customer insight sparring partner across the organisation
