Communication Professional for the Integrated Quality Program

Location: Bagsværd, Capital Region of Denmark, DK

Do you want to play a key role in enabling successful transformations by driving and executing on communication deliverables, and are you eager to contribute to change communication efforts for the Integrated Quality Transformation Program within a global pharmaceutical company? Then you might be our new Communication Professional in the Integrated Quality Transformation Program.

We are seeking an engaged and energetic Communication Professional to help drive and execute the communication efforts for the Integrated Quality program, which is responsible for transforming Novo Nordisk's Quality Management System (QMS).

You will work closely with the Senior Communications Partner and Change Managers within the Transformation Management Office (TMO). You will interact with a great team of strategy, project and portfolio, data and risk, and change management professionals, who collaborate to make change happen - ensuring coordination and transparency across the different teams in the program.

You will use your communication toolbox to support the IQ Program team to ensure stakeholder engagement and change adoption via the development of clear and engaging communication content, as well as presenting the program content.

This position has a strong purpose and embraces a wide range of tasks. It is the perfect position for an established professional seeking to expand their range and gain more experience within internal and change communication. Your main responsibilities will be focused on:

  1. Creating presentations and content for town halls, short videos, SharePoint sites, and similar communication platforms.
  2. Designing, developing, and implementing communication deliverables including communication plans according to the communication strategy for the IQ Program.
  3. Providing insight and assisting the IQ Program team in preparing communication materials and presenting program content to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. A relevant degree in Communication or similar.
  2. More than 3 years of working experience in executing communication plans and supporting the communication efforts and engagement of project teams and stakeholders. Experience within pharma is considered an advantage.
  3. Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and engagingly to stakeholders, both orally and in writing, while in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
  4. Full professional proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  5. Familiarity with Office 365 features (including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams) and mastery in executing creative and visually appealing communication products like presentations, videos, polls, etc., to capture the interest of the audiences.

On a personal level, you are good at building strong and trusted relationships with colleagues, have a passion for converting strategy to action, and find it natural to stay on top of what is happening across the organization.

About the department

The Transformation Management Office is part of Integrated Quality and OSQ, an area that comprises around 350 highly skilled Quality professionals based in Denmark, India, Sweden, and Malaysia. The primary objective of IQ & OSQ is to develop and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), which promotes robust business performance and simplifies quality processes. The responsibilities of this department include process ownership of core quality processes, ownership and support of major quality-relevant IT systems, driving major cross-organizational improvement projects for Quality and IT Quality, as well as overseeing quality compliance and optimizing processes in affiliates worldwide. This role is based in Bagsværd.
