Demand Generation Strategist

Pleo is a leading spend management solution that helps businesses manage their finances more efficiently. As Head of Demand Generation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy by developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the demand generation strategy and investment model, creating high-quality top-of-funnel demand through various tactics and channels, and managing lead generation programs to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer with a proven track record of success in SaaS B2B marketing roles. You will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital demand generation, including paid social, content syndication, ABM, lead generation, scoring, nurture, and email marketing, as well as webinar programs.
About the Role- Lead and develop a small team of demand generation specialists
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Manage lead generation programs, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing, to maximize lead quality and conversion rates
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns and align efforts to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of marketers.
