Why is this role important?

Our paid performance channels are a crucial pillar of our revenue generation, so there is a vital need for meticulous management to ensure effectiveness and optimize lead generation.

But don’t worry; you won’t be alone with the task – you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and the rest of the team.

What will you do as a Performance Marketer?

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for lead generation.
  2. Be assigned specific experiments to carry out.
  3. Handle a specific budget and geographic regions in alignment with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  4. Collect and analyze insights from the CRM and internal stakeholders to enhance campaign strategies.
  5. Monitor campaign metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure performance targets are met.
  6. Discover and implement strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

  1. Regularly checking and tweaking settings in Google Ads.
  2. Analyzing data in Google Ads, Hubspot CRM, and GA4 to derive deeper insights.
  3. Qualifying leads in Hubspot CRM.
  4. Creating reports and dashboards to track performance.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to achieve results, learn, find new insights, and contribute towards Eupry's goals.

We imagine you have:

  1. At least 1.5 years of experience with Performance Marketing.
  2. Experience with lead generation using Google and Bing Ads.
  3. Familiarity with smart bidding strategies in Google and Bing Ads.
  4. Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  5. A passion for data analysis, excited by discovering new insights and opportunities.
  6. Impact orientation, with a focus on delivering significant results and overcoming obstacles.

And bonus points if you have:

  1. Experience with making reports in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  2. Familiarity with Hubspot CRM.
  3. Some experience with SQL programming.
  4. Previous assistance in strategy planning for paid performance campaigns.
