Hvad du skal lave:
Som digital learning & support trainee hos HTH, vil du blive en del af køkkenbranchens mest ambitiøse uddannelsesafdeling, som arbejder målrettet for at tilbyde den bedst mulige uddannelse/læring til HTH og uno form. Fokus er at få nye medarbejdere hurtigt, effektivt og trygt klædt på til at præstere i deres nye stilling, samt øge kompetencerne hos de erfarne medarbejdere.

Du vil være med til at udvikle og optimere vores e-learnings platform, hvor vi onboarder, træner og uddanner vores ledere og butikspersonale.

Du vil derfor kunne se frem til opgaver inden for:

  • Udarbejdelse af E-learning indhold
  • Video redigering
  • AI Avatar video produktion
  • Commercial support
  • Podcast produktion
  • Vedligeholdelse af vores LMS Actimo, som bruges i forbindelse med e-learning, onboarding mv. i forhold til både indhold, flow, samt oprettelser.

Du vil primært arbejde ud fra vores Tilst kontor. Der kan forventes rejseaktivitet mellem 10-20 dage årligt, som typisk vil være i de Nordiske lande samt Tyskland.

Hvad søger vi?
Vi søger efter en kreativ, serviceminded og engageret person, der drømmer om at udvikle og optimere digital læring. Du er nysgerrig af natur og elsker at eksperimentere med nye IT-værktøjer og nye teknologier. Du har en naturlig interesse inden for digital formidling og synes det kunne være spændende at arbejde med bl.a. videoredigering og AI teknologier.

Du behøver ikke at være ekspert i forvejen – det vigtigste er, at du er nysgerrig og har lyst til at lære og udvikle dig, så vil du lære det under din uddannelse.

Vi søger efter dig, der vil tage ansvar, er pligtopfyldende og har mod til at prøve nye udfordringer. Herudover trives du med at skifte mellem forskellige arbejdsopgaver i løbet af en dag og kan samtidig bevare overblikket.
