Som vores nye Regional Facilities Manager bliver du ansvarlig for at administrere vores kunders faciliteter i København. Denne site-baserede rolle rapporterer til Alliance director.

Hvad indebærer rollen som Regional Facilities Manager hos CBRE?
Du bruger dine færdigheder som en erfaren Facility Manager til at styre den daglige drift af stedet, støttet af en Contract Support og QHSE Manager, der dækker vedligeholdelsesopgaver.
Du vil få en bred og forskelligartet vifte af opgaver, hvor du er ansvarlig for alle bløde tjenester, koordinering af arbejdsopgaver for teamet og det vigtigste kontaktpunkt for kunden på stedet. Dette omfatter linjeledelse af teamet, styring af byggepladsens driftsbudget og tilknyttede finansielle aktiviteter. Du vil sikre, at alle nøgleprocesser kører problemfrit, opbygge kunderelationer på stedet og være en betroet partner.
De vigtigste arbejdsopgaver:
- Lede FM-teamet til at levere FM-tjenester i overensstemmelse med kerneservicelinjerne.
- Leverandørstyring af leverandører for at sikre, at SLA'er opnås.
- Udstedelse af leverandør-ordre, validering af leverandørfakturaer, løsning af forespørgsler frem til færdiggørelse.
- Udstedelse af kundeordrer og håndtering af gæld.
- Opbygge og vedligeholde kunderelationer og sikre fremragende service og smidig håndtering af forespørgsler.
- Foretage inspektioner af faciliteterne og udarbejde rapporter.
- Ansvarlig for en vellykket gennemførelse af små ad hoc-projekter, der kan opstå fra tid til anden, f.eks. små flytninger og ændringer.
- Ansvarlig for at opnå drifts- og Capex-budgetter.
- Udarbejde foreløbige økonomiske rapporter og prognoser.
- Ansvarlig for at gennemføre interne audits af QHSE-logbøger.
- At udføre arbejde i overensstemmelse med strenge HSE-regler er en selvfølge for dig.
Vi forventer at du har erfaring med følgende:
- Du har tilstrækkelig erfaring fra en lignende stilling.
- Gennemført facilitetstræning er en fordel.
- Du er i stand til at arbejde under pres i konstant skiftende situationer.
- Du udviser initiativ og kan arbejde selvstændigt.
- Stærk finansiel viden.
- Flydende i engelsk og dansk, både mundtligt og skriftligt.
- Stærke numeriske, mundtlige og skriftlige rapporteringsevner.
- Godt kendskab til gældende HSE-lovgivning.
- Punktlig, pålidelig og med stor opmærksomhed på detaljer.
