Your mission

As Nordic Brand Manager, Avène & Cross Brand , you will play a key role in strengthening awareness and continuing the development of our dermocosmetic brands Avène, A-DERMA, and Ducray in the Nordic region.

You will have the product and brand responsibility for 4 product categories (Anti-age, Hydrance, Termalkildevand, and Essentials) for our largest brand Avène. Our other Avène product categories will be managed by our Brand Manager, Referent, with whom you will work closely. You will also be responsible for several cross-brand projects involving our A-DERMA and Ducray brands.

As Nordic Brand Manager at Pierre Fabre, you will be part of a dynamic team with 9 skilled colleagues. You will have extensive contact internally as well as externally with our Nordic colleagues in the countries and our Global Brand teams in France, as well as external partners. You will work at the Nordic headquarters in Søborg, where we have 40 colleagues, and you will report to our Nordic Marketing & Digital Director.

With Nordic responsibility for your product categories, of which 2 are important commercial priorities, you are a key player in ensuring continued growth and awareness of our brands in the Nordics through successful product launches, B2C activations, and the right communication to customers and consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Based on the global Avène brand strategy, you will be responsible for adapting and creating optimal marketing and product launch plans for your product categories on Avène, based on your branding and product knowledge and your experience and knowledge of the Nordic markets (competitors, customers, consumers, and market trends).
  • Planning of B2C activations in close collaboration with the Digital team and markets.
  • Budget responsible for your Avène product categories and for Cross Brand projects where you are the lead.
  • Ongoing analysis of competitors and market trends (including consumer trends) that you can translate into your brand and product strategic work.
  • Product and brand presentations to sales consultants, local teams, and the entire Nordic organization.
  • Lead on micro-influencer collaboration and cross-brand segment analyses. Other Cross Brand projects will be assigned continuously.
  • You understand the importance of collaboration and are skilled at communicating in writing and speaking in Danish and English.
  • Close collaboration with local and international teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand experience for consumers.
  • Tasks range from A-Z product launches (positioning, pricing, USPs, marketing and activity plans, and training for the markets).
  • Sampling strategy, Nordic POS, understanding and advising on digital initiatives (SoMe, SEA, CRM).
Who you are?
  • You have 2-3 years of experience from a Brand Manager or similar position within FMCG, dermo-cosmetics/cosmetics or Consumer Healthcare.
  • You are a strong project manager with a flair for coordinating and prioritizing.
  • You are analytical and creative – a rare combination, but just what we are looking for.
  • You have an understanding of and experience with the cultural differences in the Nordic market.
  • You are fluent in Danish and have a high level of proficiency in English in writing and speaking – Norwegian or Finnish is an advantage.
  • Experience from the agency side is a plus.
