Som Head of People & Culture for Danmark får du en central og strategisk rolle i en international virksomhed. Du vil få ansvaret for at udvikle og implementere People & Culture strategier og -tiltag, der er tilpasset de danske forhold. Du vil være ansvarlig for at sikre, at vores People & Culture praksis på tværs af faggrupper og overenskomster lever op til både dansk lovgivning og virksomhedens værdier. Du vil rapportere til den Globale Head of People & Culture, og indgå aktivt i ledergruppen for den globale People & Culture organisation.

Vi er i gang med en transformation af vores P&C funktion, hvorved vi blandt andet skal implementere et nyt HR-system i 2025, hvormed dette bliver en strategisk prioritet at komme i mål med. Din opgave er at sikre, at organisationen i Danmark er effektiv, innovativ, kvalitetsbevidst og fremtidssikret, samt at lede et dedikeret og passioneret team på omkring 30 kolleger inden for TA, Safety, Operations, Payroll, P&C Legal, og rådgivning.

De primære ansvarsområder:

  • Strategisk HR-udvikling i Danmark: Udvikle og implementere HR-strategier og initiativer, der understøtter virksomhedens ambitiøse mål og vækst i Danmark, samt bidrage med indsigter til den globale HR-strategi.
  • Overenskomsthåndtering og arbejdsret: Sikre at virksomhedens politikker og praksis er i overensstemmelse med dansk arbejdsrets lovgivning og relevante overenskomster for de forskellige faggrupper. Du vil ligeledes spille en nøglerolle i at sikre et konstruktivt samarbejde mellem overenskomstens parter.
  • Rekruttering og talentudvikling: Overordnet ansvarlig for rekruttering af nøglemedarbejdere samt udvikling af eksisterende talenter, herunder succession planning og lederudvikling.
  • Medarbejderrelationer og trivsel: Skabe et positivt, støttende og inkluderende arbejdsmiljø, hvor medarbejdere trives og er engagerede. Håndtere konflikter og personalesager på en professionel og løsningsorienteret måde.
  • Ledelsesstøtte: Rådgive og støtte de danske ledere i People & Culture relaterede spørgsmål, eksempelvis performancemanagement, medarbejderudvikling og organisatoriske forandringer.
  • HR-system, analyser og rapportering: Overordnet ansvarlig for implementering af nyt HR-system i 2025, der er en del af en global udrulning og et strategisk projekt. Ligeledes er HR analytics og rapportering på både lokalt og globalt niveau en prioritet.
  • Payroll: Overordnet ledelsesansvar for den danske payroll funktion, hvor du har ansvar for at sikre, at lønfunktionen løbende bliver optimeret og udviklet, så vi til enhver tid arbejder effektivt og tidssvarende. Idet vi forventeligt skal implementere et nyt lønsystem inden for de kommende 18 måneder, vil dette også være en strategisk prioritet.
  • Kultur og medarbejderengagement: Fremme virksomhedens kultur og værdier og arbejde aktivt for at sikre højt medarbejderengagement, kontinuerlig fokus på vores Winning Behaviours, samt et sikkert arbejdsmiljø.
  • Samarbejde med den globale P&C ledergruppe: Deltage aktivt i den globale P&C ledergruppe, dele best practices og sikre, at de globale P&C initiativer tilpasses lokale behov.

Om dig:

  • Relevant videregående uddannelse, f.eks. inden for HR, business administration, jura eller ledelse.
  • Stærk forretningsforståelse og evnen til at balancere både HR-strategi og operationelle HR-aktiviteter.
  • Erfaring med overenskomster, arbejdslovgivning og HR-struktur i Danmark.
  • Erfaring med ledelsesrådgivning, talentudvikling og implementering af HR-strategier.
  • Evne til at arbejde både selvstændigt og som en del af en global HR-ledergruppe.
  • Fremragende kommunikations- og præsentationsevner på dansk og engelsk.
  • Erfaren bruger af HR-systemer og analytiske værktøjer, gerne med erfaring i systemimplementering.

  • Strategisk tænkende og resultatorienteret med en hands-on tilgang til HR og fokus på operationel drift.
  • Empatisk og inspirerende leder med stærke relationskompetencer og med en god forståelse for de forskellige medarbejdergrupper og faglige organisationer.

  • Proaktiv, handlekraftig og i stand til at skabe resultater i en kompleks og foranderlig organisation med et stærkt interessentmiljø.
  • God til at balancere kortsigtede behov med langsigtede strategier.
  • Selvstændig, initiativrig og fleksibel, med evnen til at navigere i en kompleks organisation og tilpasse sig hurtigt skiftende krav.
