Skinetworks består af de velkendte brands Danski, Nortlander og Slopetrotter, og sælger rejser i både Danmark og Sverige. Vi er stolte over, at vi hvert år sender mere end 50.000 gæster afsted på uforglemmelige skirejser til Østrig, Frankrig og Italien. Desuden driver vi vores egne hoteller under navnet Heart Hotels.

Som Finance Manager får du ansvaret for økonomifunktionen i Skinetworks samt vores hotel division. Du får ansvaret for at lede et dynamisk team på tre dedikerede medarbejdere. Sammen med disse dygtige kolleger bliver det din opgave at skabe det økonomiske overblik samt sikre effektive processer for den daglige økonomistyring og controlling. Du bliver en del af ledergruppen i Skinetworks, og får en vigtig rolle i at assistere og sparre med ledelsen i både ski- og hotel division.

Dine væsentlige nøgleopgaver bliver bl.a.:

  • Ansvar for rettidig og korrekt månedlig, kvartalsvis og årlig rapportering til ledelse og bestyrelse
  • Proaktivt analysere og forklare afvigelser
  • Afstemning til bookingsystem
  • Samarbejde med østrigsk revisor og bogholder samt afstemning og controlling heraf
  • Assistere Leisure divisionen udenfor højsæsonen
  • Diverse ad hoc-opgaver i Finance

Du må forvente en travl hverdag, hvor ikke to dage er ens. Vi løfter i flok og derfor er det vigtigt, at du er fleksibel og omstillingsparat.

Vi forestiller os at du:

  • Har en relevant økonomisk baggrund som finance manager, controller, revisor eller lignende
  • Er en synlig leder, der går forrest og evner at få dit team til at løfte i flok
  • Er udadvendt og evner at skabe gode relationer både internt og til eksterne samarbejdspartnere
  • Arbejder struktureret
  • Er omstillingsparat og klar på at tage udfordringen op, når der opstår uforudsigelige opgaver eller muligheder, som kræver hurtig handling
  • Kan arbejde i et højt tempo, trives med deadlines og har sans for detaljen
  • Taler og skriver engelsk på højt niveau – tysk, fransk og/eller Italiensk vil være et plus
  • Har erfaring fra rejsebranchen, dog ikke et krav
