Om stillingen:

Som Regional Manager er du overordnet ansvarlig for P&L for din region, der består af 20 butikker. Du refererer til Retail Country Manager, og har tæt samarbejde med øvrige Regional Managers, Sales Director, HR Manager, Operations Assistant, Sales Coaches og naturligvis de dygtige Store Managers, som refererer til dig.

Den vigtigste opgave er at lede og støtte dine butikker i at opnå deres fulde potentiale. Det gør du ved at kende dine KPIer og ved at fejre successer samt udarbejde handlingsplaner sammen med dine butikschefer for konstant at udvikle og optimere din del af forretningen. Du tager ejerskab og er proaktiv i forhold til resultatopfyldelse. Som leder er du tydelig, nærværende og forstår at sætte retning og at sikre overholdelse af CHANGE koncept.

  • P&L ansvar for egen region
  • Rapportering på regionens KPI samt udvise proaktivitet ift. udvikling af forretningen
  • Sikre at butikkerne lever op til CHANGE koncept ift. udtryk og drift i samarbejde med Operations Assistant
  • Ansvarlig for løbende opfølgning på og sparring med butikschefer i egen region ift. salg og drift
  • Ledelse, udvikling og rekruttering af butikschefer i samarbejde med HR, Sales Director og Sales Coaches

Din baggrund:

  • Du har flere års erfaring med ledelse af ledere og forstår at udvikle forretningen ved at inspirere andre til at opnå deres fulde potentiale
  • Du har god forståelse for detailbranchen og kan dokumentere gode resultater fra tidligere stillinger
  • Du har tidligere været P&L ansvarlig og arbejder naturligt, analyserende og proaktivt med KPIer
  • Du er forretningsorienteret, selvledende og har et højt drive
  • Du har gode IT-færdigheder og arbejder ubesværet med Power BI, Excel og andre rapporteringssystemer
  • Du har en fleksibel tilgang til arbejdstider og har forståelse for, at der kan forekomme lange arbejdsdage
  • Du formår at holde overblik over og på struktureret vis følge op på en stor mængde igangværende opgaver
  • Du kommunikerer ubesværet i tale og skrift på dansk og engelsk
