Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Support Specialist (Copenhagen)

We are looking for a Microsoft/SharePoint-OneDrive Support Specialist to join our team and support a key project in the environmental and energy sector . This is a full-time, on-site position in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About the Project

This project supports a major international organization in the environmental and energy sector , ensuring the efficient operation of its IT infrastructure and collaboration platforms. The role will focus on providing support for Microsoft services, particularly Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive , to facilitate seamless communication and document management across multiple teams. The project is part of a broader initiative aimed at enhancing digital collaboration and IT service efficiency in an international setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive, troubleshooting user issues and ensuring service continuity.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the Microsoft environment.
  • Handle and resolve IT support tickets using OTRS or other ticketing systems.
  • Assist in Windows administration, including software updates, user management, and security measures such as intrusion detection/prevention.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to escalate and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Contribute to IT documentation, process improvements, and best practices.
  • Support international teams in a multicultural environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support services, handling various first-level support requests in a Microsoft environment within a mid-sized organization.
  • Proven experience providing first-level support for Office 365 accounts, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher (CEFR), both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and a user-oriented approach.

Desired Experience:

  • Windows administration using various software management tools, including system updates, intrusion detection/prevention, user management, and laptop/desktop administration.
  • Experience working on international projects.
  • Familiarity with OTRS or other ticketing systems for IT service management.
  • Experience providing Helpdesk consulting services, PC support, and other related services in Microsoft infrastructure support.
