I Bygherrerådgiverafdelingen er vi stolte af at have et tværfagligt miljø, hvor vi aktivt udfordrer, hvad der kan lade sig gøre inden for byggeriet, med fokus på at levere værdifuld rådgivning til både private og offentlige kunder. Vi søger nu en chef til vores specialiserede team inden for Asset & Facility Management. Dette team adskiller sig fra de øvrige teams i afdelingen, da det fokuserer på unikke og komplekse udfordringer inden for ejendoms- og porteføljehåndtering og strategisk udvikling.

Om stillingen

Som Chef for Asset & Facility Management vil du spille en central rolle i at lede og motivere dit team. Et væsentligt succeskriterium for dig vil være din evne til at udbygge teamets kompetencer og arbejdsområder. Du forventes at synliggøre Sweco i relevante netværk og skabe stærke relationer til vores kunder.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil omfatte:

  • Ledelse af teamet : Du vil lede og motivere et dygtigt team af rådgivere og skabe et arbejdsmiljø, der fremmer innovation og samarbejde.
  • Strategisk udvikling : I tæt samarbejde med dine lederkolleger i Bygherrerådgivning vil du bidrage til at udvikle strategier, der understøtter afdelingens vækst og succes.
  • Kundekontakt og forretningsudvikling : Du vil arbejde direkte med vores kunder for at forstå deres behov og levere skræddersyede løsninger.
  • Økonomisk ansvar : Du vil styre ressourceallokeringen til de forskellige opgaver og sikre lønsomheden i projektporteføljen.

Du har igennem flere års erfaring opnået en dyb og bred viden om byggeri og drift gennem projektarbejde indenfor bygge- og/eller anlægsprojekter fra entreprenør, rådgiver, bygherre eller arkitektsiden.

Du har erfaring fra større projekter, hvor du har haft udfordringerne helt tæt på i praksis. Du har erfaring som leder direkte eller indirekte via solid projektledererfaring og brænder for forretningsudvikling, og det at være leder.

Du besidder stærke kommunikative evner, der gør, at du kan viderebringe og synliggøre resultaterne af planlægningen til kolleger og kunder.

Du vil sammen med øvrige nytiltrådte ledere i Sweco blive sendt på Sweco's obligatoriske lederuddannelse.
