Your challenges

As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice, while building an indispensable network of talented colleagues throughout the organisation. We are looking for a student assistant who will help us support the Sales & Marketing division with a variety of HR related tasks of both administrative and developmental kind.

You will join our dedicated and skilful team in Global People & Organisation (P&O) and have colleagues all around the world. You will be reporting directly to the Vice President, HR Partnering Sales & Marketing and be located at our Head Office in Hørsholm, Denmark.

Your main tasks will be to:

  1. Follow up on our must win battles in P&O, Sales and Marketing
  2. Planning and structuring of People Review meetings
  3. Analysis of data e.g., People Review and Global Employee Survey
  4. Prepare meetings, workshops and Business Reviews
  5. Produce presentations
  6. Act on a lot of popping up ad hoc tasks
  7. Handle confidential data in our HR platform

Your qualifications

You are a fast learner that rapidly get acquainted with new tasks as well as working methods and you have a proactive approach to task solving. You take responsibility for your own tasks and work independently in a structured way. Being curious you are ready to think outside the box and contribute with fresh ideas.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  1. Are studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within human resources, business, communication or other HR and communication-related educations.
  2. Are well skilled in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  3. Are fluent in both written and spoken English and Danish.
  4. Have an open and service driven mindset.
  5. Are keen on working in an international environment.

You will be employed for 10-15 hours per week. The scheduling of the working hours is flexible and will be adjusted according to your study programme and exam periods. We offer you flexibility and opportunities to also work remotely.
