Vi udvikler og opfører vind- og solcelleparker for at medvirke i den grønne omstilling og understøtte samfundets stigende behov for vedvarende elproduktion - med særligt fokus på at udvikle projekter i og nær hovedstadsregionen. I Øresund har vi udført forundersøgelser og arbejder nu på at få tilladelse til at bygge Aflandshage Vindmøllepark. Herudover udvikler og opfører vi landvindmølle- og solcelleparker i hele landet. Som vores nye Business Development Manager for havvindmøller skal du opsøge og realisere nye projekt- og partnermuligheder, som er en væsentlig forudsætning for, at vi kan realisere HOFORs vind- og solstrategi.

Business Development Manager som brænder for projekt- og forretningsudvikling
Som Business Development Manager skal du finde nye projektmuligheder og være med til at forretningsudvikle vores havvindmølleaktiviteter. Du skal have blik for, hvor mulighederne er i markedet – både mht. projekter vi selv udvikler fra start, men også for igangværende projekter, som HOFOR kan blive en del af ved opkøb af projektrettigheder. Herudover skal du opsøge og udvikle strategiske partnerskaber med andre aktører i markedet.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver bliver:

  • Projektledelse af forretningsudviklingsaktiviteter for havvindmøller
  • Udvikling og eksekvering af strategi for havvindmøller
  • Markedsscreening og feasibility-analyser af projekt- og forretningsmuligheder
  • Initiering og opkøb af projektrettigheder, indgåelse af udviklingssamarbejder med andre markedsaktører mv.
  • Interessentvaretagelse (leverandører, potentielle partnere, myndigheder, politikere mv.)
  • Ledelsesrapportering
  • Tæt samarbejde med lederen af området

Erfaren teamspiller med fokus på effektivitet og samarbejde
Vi lægger særlig vægt på din viden og erfaring som forretningsudvikler af vind- og solprojekter. Du er vant til at arbejde i større projektorganisationer, og er vant til at effektivitet og resultater går hånd i hånd med trivsel og godt samarbejde.

Vi forventer at du har:

  • 5-10 års erfaring fra lignende stillinger
  • Kommerciel forståelse/viden og erfaring
  • Gode forhandlingskompetencer og -erfaring
  • Gode samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner (dansk/engelsk) – opsøger og trives i dialog med andre mennesker – er en teamspiller
  • Stort engagement og lyst til at være en del af Danmarks grønne omstilling

Vind, Sol & Energihandel er er et relativt nyt forretningsområde i HOFOR, med mange spændende opgaver. I området får du +40 dygtige og engagerede kolleger, der tilsammen er ansvarlige for udvikling og drift af HOFORs portefølje af vindmøller og solcelleprojekter rundt omkring i Danmark og for energirelaterede salgsaktiviteter fra vindmøllerne og fra HOFORs kraftvarmeværk Amagerværket.
