DIN NYE ROLLE | SKAB RELATIONEN
Som Account Manager er det din opgave at skabe relationen gennem inspirerende dialoger, med udgangspunkt i hvor Telia kan skabe værdi for kundens forretning. Denne opgave løser du sammen med vores team af dygtige pre-sale specialister inden for de forskellige produktgrene.

Du får ansvaret for egen portefølje af erhvervskunder op til 1000 ansatte og dit bidrag vil spille en vigtig rolle for Telia Erhverv. Du bliver en del af et engageret team, der hver dag har dialoger med kunder i hele landet, i form af kundemøder, møder på Teams eller på telefonen. Dine opgaver vil være at:

  1. Fastholde og udvikle eksisterende kunder samt identificere og vinde nye kunder
  2. Behovsafdækning og sikre værdiskabende samarbejde
  3. Udarbejde tilbud samt præsentation, opfølgning og pipelinestyring
  4. Struktureret kundebearbejdning med fokus på hele din portefølje
  5. Samarbejde på tværs af organisationen for at sikre bedste oplevelse og løsning for kunden

OM DIG | GOD KOMMUNIKATION

  1. Har god erfaring med B2B salg og Account Management – gerne fra telebranchen
  2. Er målrettet, ansvarsbevidst, fleksibel og kan agere selvstændigt
  3. Trives med at være på landevejen og afholde kundemøder
  4. Kan kommunikere klart og tydeligt i både skrift og tale på både dansk og engelsk
  5. Begår dig med lethed i IT-systemer og meget gerne bekendt med Salesforce (ikke et krav)
