Roles and Responsibilities

As our Influencer Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and growing hummel’s influencer collaborations, ensuring they align with our brand identity and drive meaningful engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies that strengthen our global presence. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Influencer Collaborations for hummelsport & hummelkids : Identify and engage influencers whose audience aligns with hummel’s brand identity, values, and vision. Manage outreach, negotiation, and contract finalization to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships with Influencers/Ambassadors : Develop and sustain strong relationships with our influencer partners, making it valuable and exciting to be an ambassador for hummel. This includes organizing exclusive experiences such as event invitations.
  • Event Planning and Hosting : Plan and execute several influencer events each year, managing everything from initial concept to the day-of execution, ensuring a memorable experience for all participants.
  • Influencer Strategy Development : Work closely with the SoMe Lead to develop a robust influencer strategy and take responsibility for its execution to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis : Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, impressions, reach, and sales to measure the success of influencer collaborations and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and the SoMe team, to ensure seamless integration of influencer strategies with broader brand initiatives.
Our New Team Player

We imagine our new Influencer Specialist has at least 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful global influencer campaigns. You should be creative, data-driven, and have a strong understanding of the sports and fashion industry. We also value:

  • Global Experience : Experience with both micro, macro and mega influencer marketing on an international scale.
  • Event Planning Skills : Expertise in planning and hosting events that resonate with influencers and align with brand values.
  • Data-Driven Approach : Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools for outreach, content management, and campaign evaluation, with a focus on using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for managing influencer relationships across various markets.
  • Collaborative Spirit : Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Passion for Sports and Influencer Marketing : A genuine interest in sports and influencer marketing, with a keen desire to stay updated on the latest trends in the field.
  • Commercial Awareness : Understanding of how influencer marketing can drive sales and brand growth, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Self-Driven : Highly motivated, independent, and able to take responsibility for achieving key outcomes.
