Om jobbet
Som Key Account Coordinator er du den administrative specialist og samarbejdspartner til vores team af Key Account Managers (KAM). Da vores kære og dygtige kollega Lisbeth snart går på pension, søger vi hendes afløser. Vi søger en ny kollega, som formår at arbejde struktureret, effektivt og kvalitetsbevidst. Dine væsentligste opgaver vil være kunderelaterede supportopgaver, hvorfor kundeforståelse og en servicemindet tilgang er essentielt. Du vil få god oplæring, men det forventes også, at du tager initiativ og sætter dit eget præg på dine opgaver.

Du vil blive en del af vores danske kommercielle team, der består af 34 dygtige kollegaer. Din base vil være på Nestlés nordiske hovedkontor i Ørestad, København, og du vil referere til vores team lead for Key Account Coordinators.Det er afgørende, at du inspireres og udvikles af kompleksiteten samt samarbejdet på tværs af organisationen i denne stilling, hvorfor du på sigt finder det naturligt at være nysgerrig på øvrige kommercielle stillinger.

Du løser bl.a. følgende opgaver:

  • Support til kampagneoplæg.
  • Vedligeholdelse af priser og rabatter.
  • Vedligeholdelse og oprettelse af produkter internt og eksternt.
  • Håndtering af kampagneafregninger samt aftaler.
  • Daglig kontakt med kunderne.
  • Daglig kontakt med Key Account Managers, kategorichefer, controllers, demand planners, samt vores supportfunktioner i Lissabon.
  • Deltagelse i procesoptimering samt projekter på tværs af organisationen.

Du trives i et dynamisk miljø og vil gerne udfordres med forskellige opgaver, samtidigt med at du løser de mere administrative og rutineprægede opgaver med et smil. Du er proaktiv og ikke bange for at udfordre nuværende processer og identificere mere effektive løsninger. Du arbejder selvstændigt med egne opgaver, men sætter samtidigt samarbejde højt. Du er udadvendt og hurtig til at skabe relationer, både internt og eksternt.

Øvrige kvalifikationer:

  • Du taler og skriver dansk og engelsk flydende.
  • Du har gerne kendskab til dagligvarebranchen og/eller erfaring fra et tilsvarende job.
  • Du har kendskab til SAP og GS1 og anvender uden problemer Microsoft Office-pakken – især Excel. Det er desuden en fordel, hvis du allerede har kendskab til Visual Fabriq.
  • Du er positiv og med til at præge et godt og sundt arbejdsmiljø.
  • Du er resultatorienteret og struktureret med sans for detaljer.
