Pay rate: 780,000 DKK (No commission plan) + 5 weeks holiday included.
About Role:
We are seeking a sales and marketing professional with the experience and capacity to lead a Sales & Marketing team on an exciting worldwide growth journey. As the new Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be the driving force behind all activities aimed at generating new business through both inbound and outbound channels. Additionally, you will ensure a strong digital foundation across the corporate website, social media, and other channels (organic and paid). Using your expertise, you will elevate the performance of the sales team to new heights.
In this role, you will actively drive sales and marketing efforts while managing and guiding a team of Business Development Managers to meet their monthly sales targets. You will also lead participation in industry-specific conferences worldwide, continually expanding the organization’s presence across all regional markets. This includes approximately 10-15 travel days annually. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing/Sales Targets and KPIs: Ensure monthly and quarterly marketing and sales quotas and KPIs are achieved.
- Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies for lead generation, including cold calling, email outreach, online campaigns, and content creation.
- Marketing: Maintain and optimize the company’s online and offline presence across all marketing channels, ensuring continuous brand evolution.
- Sales Presentations: Assist the Client Success team with impactful sales presentations and product demos to communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of relevant content to support the customer journey, leveraging internal or external content creators.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Marketing/Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the CEO and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- SaaS Sales and Marketing Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads through diverse sales and marketing channels.
- Management Experience: At least two years managing a small team.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the aviation training industry is advantageous but not required; expertise in SaaS dynamics is more critical.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey software features as value-driven propositions that resonate with target people.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
