Office Admin

Finalto is a financial service provider focused on liquidity, risk management, financial technology and brokerage solutions. Our core offering is a proprietary and real-time trading platform, ClearVision, to brokers and institutional clients around the globe, based on liquidity from Tier 1 banks in London, New York and Singapore.

ClearVision R&D is Finalto's development hub in Denmark with responsibility for development and application maintenance of the ClearVision platform.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a service-minded and flexible individual with a passion for administrative tasks and a positive attitude to foster great energy at our office.

As an Office Admin, you will have many responsibilities within the office environment, but one of your most essential roles is to keep the business' operations running smoothly at our office.

You have great multitasking skills and can deal with emergencies independently in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day functions to ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks related to the office operations.
  • Managing office facilities, including vendor contracts and relations.
  • Managing travel plans and appointments for relevant colleagues.
  • Managing letters, packages and other forms of correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting our Finance and HR departments as necessary.
  • Processing and managing expenses, including budget tracking and invoices.
  • Maintaining inventory and replacing office supplies as necessary.
  • Maintaining and organizing office files, both physical and digital.
  • Preparing proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Organizing events and other social activities.
  • Greeting office visitors as needed.
  • Assisting colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent English skills are a must, as this is our corporate language.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of office information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in both Danish and English is essential.

The Workplace:

You will be working in our office at Amerikakaj, Copenhagen, currently housing 34 employees. We have an excellent lunch arrangement, free soft drinks and snacks, and plenty of social events.

Onsite work is mandatory, but your working hours are flexible.
