YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
We are looking for a structured and proactive Product Data Manager to join our ambitious Supply Chain Planning team.

The position holds many insights and practical aspects to everyday operations, especially between product development and operations planning. The tasks will be related to master data creation, E2E timeline management, and data infrastructure maintenance and improvement. Product pricing and variant management is a daily topic and cross-functional linking between the Digital team, Merchandising, Design, Logistics, and Product Development/Production.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for maintaining and achieving high data accuracy across the GANNI data landscape.
  • Stabilize, optimize and further develop systems and processes.
  • Drive projects related to Product Data and relevant software activities.
  • Support stakeholders with tools and processes to maintain high data accuracy.
  • Pro-active quality control of product data across all categories.
  • Main product data point of contact throughout the Operational teams.
  • Be the go-to person for cross-functional teams regarding timeline and deliveries of key milestones and advising on the impact on timelines.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
A master’s degree or other relevant education - alternatively a few years of experience with Product Data management.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have:

  • High understanding of data structures and digital hierarchies within product/master data.
  • Insights into business processes such as sales, retailing, finance, and reporting.
  • Diplomatic communicator with proven written and verbal skills in English.
  • Agile and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to conduct routine assignments with a high focus on quality and details.
  • Process and solution-orientated mindset.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Navision or similar software.
  • Experience in the fashion or garment industry is an advantage.

WHAT ELSE?
Working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within standard business hours (CET).

You will be a key member of the Supply Chain Planning team, which consists of six individuals responsible for inventory management, supply planning, and product data.
