  • Continue the development of the Statutory audit Guidance , with standardized (yet adaptable) annexes (CO-SA package).
  • Engage with and support COs (as needed) with the delivery of statutory audits.
  • Build Capacity (through trainings) of the Finance controlling team members and targeted COs (potential 2 – 3 trips).
  • Explore DRC ERP potential to produce reports which can assist COs in producing their financial statements.

  • Solid background in financial management, ideally within an INGO or an international organization.
  • Experience with producing financial statements and working with auditors to answer their queries.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and a good understanding of their architecture and financial data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide thoughtful insights and contribute to financial decision-making.
  • Fluent in English. French speaking skills will be considered a strong advantage while speaking Spanish or Arabic will be an added value.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
