The HR Advisor is accountable for supporting all operational HR related matters in the Nordic region. The HR Advisor is expected to act as first line support for management members of the region to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
The role forms a vital link in a region experiencing rapid change. As such, you will be expected to collaborate with the business and HR Manager, Nordics on deliverables.

- Communications - Strong and consistent communications skills with the ability to promote and drive influence in Iyuno
- Support the HR Manager Nordics and business stakeholder to execute regional restructures
- Actively contribute to develop the regional culture and philosophy through collaboration with HR Manager Nordics and business stakeholders
- Manage and implement HR policies and procedures, as well as practices regulated by collective agreements
- Communicate procedures and deliver coaching on HR policies and practices under collective agreements for the Nordics (Sweden, Norway and Denmark)
- Ensure the organisation is compliant with and updated on all appropriate local employment legislation
- Support HR Manager Nordics in change management projects, provide advice to stakeholders on regulatory processes
- Manage recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and making offers
- Provide advice & support to managers on recruitment, assessment and selection processes
- Coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants
- Ensure all employees have a contract of employment on commencement of employment
- Support managers on probation management for each new employee
- Deliver onboarding process across the Nordics region
- Co-ordinate the appraisal and performance review process
- Support HR Manager Nordics all employee relation cases
- Help to create and maintain a culture of recognition for achievement
- Administer performance improvement for underperforming employees and advice managers on ongoing management
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to create a high-performance culture
- Support succession planning and retention through high performance culture
- Continuously strive to improve the HR support to the region, through advice and guidance to business stakeholders
- Write and present information briefings over a wide range of HR related topics
- Support implementing frameworks to meet regulatory obligations (e.g. under GDPR, collective agreements)
- Work closely with HR Manager Nordics and business stakeholder to ground global HR projects into the regional level
- Oversee and manage Workday process for Nordic region, in collaboration with other HR members for the region
- Ensure compliance with employee documentation across the Nordics
- Manage HR Nordics mailbox and engage effectively
- Management of absences and policy application
- Sound knowledge of operational HR tasks e.g. absence management, disciplinary & grievance
- Experience in implementing processes in line with collective bargaining agreements
- Excellent and sensitive communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to write and present information
- Fluency in English
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
