Hos Novicell er vi på jagt efter en strategisk designer til vores kontor i Aarhus. Du kommer til at arbejde i vores User Experience- og designteam, hvor vi arbejder med forretningsanalyse, strategisk design, UX, UI-design og konverteringsoptimering. Udover arbejdet med User Experience- og designteamet kommer du til at have tæt samarbejde med resten af Novicell fra forretningsstrategi til udvikling.

Du skal have et kreativt og strategisk mindset og et metodeapparat til at analysere problemstillinger, tilrettelægge designprocesser, definere koncepter til digitale løsninger og fagligt drive designprojekter. Du kommer til at gå forrest som lead på både store danske og internationale kunder, så derfor lægger vi vægt på, at du har erfaring og trives med at tage ansvar. Derudover er din nysgerrighed, din attitude og dit engagement afgørende.

Kan du sætte flueben ved følgende:
  • Minimum 5 års erfaring, gerne fra bureauverdenen.
  • Ekspert i research, gerne både kvalitativt og kvantitativt.
  • Stærk i design thinking, designprocesser og metoder.
  • Erfaring med at lede kunder og processer og trives med ansvar.
  • Udvikle og implementere designstrategier, der understøtter virksomhedens overordnede mål.
  • Arbejde med brugerundersøgelser og markedsanalyse for at forstå kundebehov og markedstendenser.
  • Kompetencer indenfor sketching og wireframing med værktøjer som Figma og Adobe-suiten vil også vægte positivt.
  • Du kan lide at tale med mennesker, facilitere workshops og kundemøder samt tage teten på pitches.

Dit arbejde vil naturligvis ske i tæt samarbejde med dine designkolleger, men også med øvrige teams i Novicell.
