Head of Industry Sales

Plus Pack er leverandør af innovative og kundetilpassede fødevareemballageløsninger. Virksomheden er en af Europas førende inden for fremstilling af aluminiums- og plastemballage og er en absolut frontløber inden for cirkulære emballageløsninger til fødevareindustrien.
Som Head of Industry Sales får du reference til Group Sales Director, og du bliver kommercielt ansvarlig for salget af emballageløsninger til europæiske fødevareproducenter. I rollen har du det ledelsesmæssige ansvar for 6 erfarne regionale sales managers, og du bliver en del af salgsledelsesteamet.
Kernen i salget i industrisegmentet er løsninger, der matcher kundens unikke behov – og altid med cirkularitet i fokus. Der er derfor tale om salgsprocesser og kundesamarbejder, der er langvarige og som kræver tætte partnerskaber såvel som et bredt internt samarbejde med kolleger på tværs i organisationen.
Udover at varetage det overordnede kommercielle ansvar for industrisegmentet, bliver dine hovedopgaver:
- Ledelse og udvikling af et internationalt salgsteam
- Udvikling og eksekvering af strategiske salgsplaner
- Opbygning af stærke kunderelationer
- Gennemføre forhandlinger og indgå samarbejds- og rammeaftaler
- Løbende at gennemføre markeds research samt at identificere trends og nye markedsmuligheder
Arbejdsstedet er virksomhedens hovedkvarter i Odense. Der er rejseaktivitet forbundet med jobbet, forventeligt omkring 30-40 dage om året.
Visionær salgsleder med en stærk forretnings- og værdikædeforståelseVi forestiller os, at du har en relevant kommerciel uddannelsesmæssig baggrund, f.eks. cand.merc. eller HD-A. Derudover har du opbygget succesfuld erfaring med internationalt B2B salg og salgsledelse. Har du erfaring med emballage- og/eller fødevareindustrien er det en fordel, men du kan også have skabt dine resultater i en anden industri, hvor komplekse projekter eller kundetilpassede løsninger er omdrejningspunktet.
Igennem din erfaring har du bevist, at du kan tænke visionært, konkretisere ideerne til operationelle handlingsplaner og efterfølgende systematisk eksekvere disse i tæt samspil med dit salgsteam og dine øvrige kolleger. Det er afgørende for din succes i rollen, at du har - eller kan tilegne dig - en dyb indsigt i professionelle fødevareproducenters forretning og beslutningsmønstre, og at du er nysgerrig på, hvilke markedsbevægelser, der kommer til at definere fremtidens kundebehov.
Samtidig er du kendt for at have styr på dine tal, og du træffer vigtige beslutninger på baggrund af fakta og gennembearbejdede data. Du bygger dine indsatser og din organisering af salget op omkring værktøjer og processer, der sikrer overblik og transparens.
Som leder er du synlig, engagerende og tydelig. Du sætter retning, formidler ”the WHY” og du fremmer et bredt samarbejde både hos kunderne, i salgsteamet og på tværs i organisationen.
