About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Optimization Consultant to join our team at The Hub/Danske Bank. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring our customers successfully adopt and implement our SaaS solution into their organizations.

As a Business Optimization Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with the support and expertise needed to leverage our platform effectively. This requires a combination of technical proficiency, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate a seamless transition for our clients.

You will possess excellent problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency for our customers. You will also have experience in C-level relations, understanding of the customers' business logic, and 2-3+ years' experience maintaining client relationships.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers to TimeLog PSA, making them understand how it works and how to evolve their business with the system;
  • Be a project manager for the implementation processes to ensure the customer goes through the different phases and starts using TimeLog PSA as intended;
  • Evolving existing customers in their use of TimeLog PSA;
  • Advising and challenging new and existing customers on which processes could benefit their business;
  • Providing high-quality training to TimeLog Responsibles and end-users;
  • Facilitating workshops with project groups and discussing their business processes;
  • Ensuring a good handover to Customer Success after finishing the implementation;
  • Providing ad-hoc consultancy with existing customers when they want to use TimeLog PSA more or are changing internal processes;
Requirements
  • Native Danish language and proficient in English at the negotiation level in both writing and speech;
  • Financial understanding (KPI figures, bookkeeping principles, salary management);
  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field;
  • Experience in C-level relations;
  • Understanding of the customers' business logic;
  • 2-3+ years' experience maintaining client relationships;
  • Experience and confidence in hosting web meetings/workshops;
  • Project management skills and consulting experience;
