Business Onboarding Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Onboarding Expert to join our team at The Hub/Danske Bank. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers successfully adopt and implement our SaaS solution into their organizations.
As a Business Onboarding Expert, your primary responsibility will be to guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with the necessary support and expertise to leverage our platform effectively. This requires a combination of technical proficiency, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate a seamless transition for our clients.
You will work closely with our sales consultants on bigger sales deals and collaborate on handover processes for new customers that require implementation. Additionally, you will provide high-quality training to TimeLog Responsibles and end-users, as well as facilitate workshops with project groups to discuss their business processes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to understand their business logic and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with the necessary support and expertise to leverage our platform effectively
- Work closely with our sales consultants on bigger sales deals and collaborate on handover processes for new customers that require implementation
- Provide high-quality training to TimeLog Responsibles and end-users
- Facilitate workshops with project groups to discuss their business processes
- Maintain client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Native Danish language and mastery of English at the negotiation level in both writing and speech; knowledge of Swedish or German is an advantage
- Financial understanding (KPI figures, bookkeeping principles, salary management)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Experience in C-level relations
- Understanding of customers' business logic
- 2-3+ years' experience maintaining client relationships
- Experience and confidence in hosting web meetings/workshops
- Project Management skills and consulting experience

The estimated salary for this role is approximately DKK 120,000 - 180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
