The opportunity:
We have a great challenge for an experienced Application Specialist who will serve our customers in Denmark/Scandinavia.

You will be providing independent customer support in various operational, application and quality control areas related to user training and customer use of the Sakura equipment.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Support customers and Sakura colleagues on operational, quality control and application areas. Ensure Quality.
  2. Stay informed of new developments, improvements and regulations of Sakura Products and being responsible for their implementation.
  3. During the installation, you assist and train the users on the Sakura systems.
  4. Manage, coordinate and monitor all aspects relating to complaints handling.
  5. Deliver on-time and adequate reporting.
  6. Participate in diverse projects.
  7. Meet the personal and team goals, formulated in the beginning of the fiscal year.

you have

  1. A good presentation & communication skills to meet the training & advising requirements.
  2. A relevant degree in Laboratory Education.
  3. A minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of histopathology is a must . A degree in Macroscopy of anatomical pathology is an asset.
  4. A practical approach with a can-do & hands-on mentality.
  5. Skilled use of computers and office software.
  6. A local driver's license.

  1. Have strong command of Danish & good command of English.
  2. Are located in Denmark.
  3. Familiar with medical electronics products.
  4. Feel at home in an international environment.
  5. Are self-organised, structured and independent.
  6. Connect easily & make an impact at all levels.
  7. Enjoy travelling: 80% of the time is required for this position.
