Junior Podcast Producer / Redakteur:in (m/w/d)

Dies ist die Rolle
Als Junior Producer*in wirst du eng mit dem Senior Producer*in zusammenarbeiten und alle Aspekte der Produktion von der Konzeptentwicklung bis zur Fertigstellung einer Show unterstützen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben
Pre-Production

  • Recherche des Themas der Show und relevanter Unterthemen
  • Verfassen der Episodenskripte, wo erforderlich
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Einhaltung des Budgets, Produktionszeitplans, Lieferplans und Veröffentlichungsplans der Show

Production

  • Regie der Episodenaufnahmen, entweder im Studio oder vor Ort
  • Buchung von Gästen für die Shows
  • Schreiben und Aufnehmen von Werbetexten für alle Promotion-Materialien
  • Überwachung der Erstellung aller Assets wie Cover- und Episodenbilder sowie Promotionsmaterialien

Post-Production

  • Bearbeitung aller Episoden
  • Veröffentlichung aller Episoden inklusive Metadaten
  • Auswahl von Videoschnipseln zur Promotion auf und außerhalb von Podimo
  • Verantwortung für Social-Media-Posts
  • Ansprechperson für das Sales-Team zur Koordination aller Aspekte der Monetarisierung der Show (einschließlich Aufnahme von host-gelesenen Anzeigen)

Das bist du

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Medienproduktion, vorzugsweise im Bereich Podcasts oder digitale Medien
  • Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Inhalte und Zielgruppen
  • Organisatorisches Talent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und externen Partnern
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Audioproduktion und -bearbeitung sind von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem internationalen, dynamischen Umfeld
