Vi søger en kompetent servicekoordinator, som i samarbejde med kollega har ansvaret for at planlægge teknikernes besøg hos kunderne. Du er med til at sikre, at teknikernes tid udnyttes optimalt i forhold til geografi, kompetencer og belægningsgrad. Vores serviceteknikere er veluddannede og har mange års teknisk erfaring og bliver løbende efteruddannet i reparation af storkøkkenudstyr.

Hotri Storkøkken A/S er med sine 190 år en af branchens ældste virksomheder, men ikke mindst en kompetence drevet virksomhed. Vi leverer, monterer og servicerer storkøkken- og kantineudstyr til hospitaler, plejehjem, skoler, cateringvirksomheder, kantiner, restauranter og hoteller over hele Danmark. Vi er med kunden hele vejen og kendte for vores innovative måde at tilgå tingene på.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Koordinering af serviceopgaver og udekørende teknikere
  • Planlægning af serviceaftaler
  • Planlægning af montage bookninger i samarbejde med projektleder
  • Bindeled mellem teknikere, lager og reservedelsbestilling
  • Daglig kontakt til kunder via telefon og mail
  • Håndtering af overleverede ordrer fra salgsafdeling
  • Oprettelse af ordrer og sager i systemet
  • Følge op på serviceordrer og afslutte opgaver i systemer, hvor faktureringsgrundlaget dannes til bogholderiet
  • Du har erfaring fra lignende job med planlægning og koordinering af ovennævnte serviceopgaver. Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har en vis teknisk indsigt og flair for IT.
  • Du formår at kommunikere objektivt, hvilket du bruger i din kontakt til både kollegaer og kunder og til at skabe relationer.
