About the Role

As our Sales Manager , you’ll build and lead a high-energy team of up to 20 inside sales representatives primarily based in Copenhagen. Your team will focus on converting leads generated from strategic marketing campaigns and cross-sales initiatives into delighted customers through outbound telephone sales. Many of these customers already trust us through their existing relationship with our one.com brand, which offers hosting and domain solutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead from the Front: Set the tone by demonstrating how to close deals effectively, showing your team it can be done.
  • Drive Results: Execute daily planning, coaching, and feedback sessions to push your team toward ambitious targets.
  • Strategise and Optimise: Use performance analytics to refine sales strategies, scripts, and team structures.
  • Build a Machine: Recruit, train, and retain top talent, creating a resilient team that’s motivated and ready to scale.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Experiment with ideas to refine processes and maintain operational excellence.
  • Foster Loyalty: Focus on upselling, cross-selling, and win-back efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
About You

You are a self-motivated, fearless sales leader with a proven track record of managing telesales teams (of 5+ reps). You’re proud of being the top salesperson and bring the energy, resilience, and can-do attitude to match. You know how to balance a strategic helicopter view with an eye for detail, and you thrive in both scale-up environments and large organisations.
