Som Sales & Service Ambassador bliver du en del af vores specialiserede servicekoncept i Magasin, hvor vi fokuserer på at skabe en unik kundeoplevelse. Du vil sikre denne oplevelse gennem dybdegående produkt- og materialekendskab samt enestående service på gulvet.

Ingen dage er ens, og din vigtigste opgave er at sikre, at vores kunder altid møder en kompetent og serviceminded Sales & Service Ambassador . Du inspirerer dine omgivelser med din service og fungerer som rollemodel med dit fokus på personligt salg og skræddersyede kundeoplevelser. Derved sikrer du endnu bedre shoppingoplevelser for Magasins kunder og overgår deres forventninger.

Skal du med på holdet?

Som Sales & Service Ambassador i Magasin bliver du en del af et engageret team, hvor vi løfter i flok og hjælper hinanden, når der er behov. Din arbejdstid er 37 timer om ugen , fordelt på hverdage og weekender i vores åbningstid 10-20.

Vi ønsker os en ny kollega, der:

  • Elsker at arbejde med salg og har fokus på at skabe kundeoplevelser ud over det sædvanlige.
  • Har kendskab til og interesse for produktkategorierne sko og accessories .
  • Benytter sin viden om materialer og stil til at inspirere og vejlede kunderne.
  • Elsker at hjælpe kunderne med at finde de helt rette varer inden for deres budget.
  • Gerne er faglært.
