MainChef søger en engageret supporter og onboarding-specialist, der vil være bindeleddet mellem vores brugere og vores softwareteam. Vores software løser daglige udfordringer i industrikøkkener, og vi har brug for dig til at sikre, at kokke og køkkenchefer får den bedste support samt en smidig digital onboardingproces.

Som supporter og onboarding-specialist hos MainChef vil du:

  • Hjælpe kokke og industrikøkkenpersonale, når de oplever udfordringer med vores software.
  • Yde support via telefon, e-mail og fjernsupport.
  • Guide brugere i brugen af vores system – hurtigt og serviceminded.
  • Udvikle og drive en digital onboarding-proces for nye kunder, så de hurtigt kan komme i gang.
  • Producere digitale træningsvideoer, guides og dokumentation, der hjælper vores kunder med at forstå og bruge vores software effektivt.
  • Diagnosticere problemer og eskalere tekniske fejl til udviklingsteamet.
  • Bidrage til forbedringer i supportprocessen og kundedokumentation.

Vi leder efter dig, der:

  • Er god til at forklare tekniske ting på en enkel og brugervenlig måde.
  • Har erfaring med at lave digitale træningsvideoer og onboarding-materiale.
  • Er teknisk nysgerrig og kan lære nyt software hurtigt.
  • Kan arbejde struktureret og effektivt, selv når der er mange henvendelser.
  • Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk. Andre sprog (tysk, fransk, spansk) er en stor fordel, da vi udvider internationalt.
