Nic. Christiansen Gruppen (NCG) er i positiv udvikling og har haft stor succes med at introducere forskellige mærker på det danske marked; senest det kinesiske mærke BYD. Nu ønsker virksomheden at satse yderligere på at introducere danskerne for yderligere attraktive bilmærker, hvorfor NCG søger Danmarks mest lovende talenter, som kan stå i spidsen for opbygningen af mærkerne.
Opbygning af forhandlernetværk og brand – helt fra bunden
Den nye Country Manager bliver ansvarlig for et nyt attraktivt brand til de danske forbrugere. Country Manageren vil få en betydelig rolle i koncernen og have direkte reference til Business Development Director, som har været helt central i hele den indledende fase mellem NCG og de involverede brands producenter. Det er målet, at Country Manageren over tid vil få overdraget det fulde ansvar for værdikæden.
Der er allerede etableret stærke, troværdige og tillidsfulde relationer over mod OEM’erne samt lavet et omfattende strategimateriale, men nu er tiden kommet til at få ansat de nøglepersoner, som skal stå i spidsen for at få udarbejdet en detaljeret lancerings/go-to-market plan og få denne implementeret.
Hovedopgaverne bliver således:
- Opbygning af et forhandlernetværk, hvor der efter det nødvendige forarbejde og analyse kan vælges flere forskellige løsninger
- Opbygning og lancering af mærket i Danmark, hvor fokus sandsynligvis vil være på events, prøvekørsler m.m., så det at øge kendskabet til mærket er i fokus
Til at hjælpe med ovenstående skal der ansættes et team under hvert brand, hvilket du også – sammen med HR - bliver ansvarlig for. Herudover skal der trækkes på de centrale kompetencefunktioner i koncernen, så organisationen bliver så agil og lean som muligt. Du får således et tungt ansvar for at sikre et tæt og gnidningsfrit samarbejde på tværs af Nic. Christiansen Gruppen og bliver en del af en nyoprettet ledergruppe.
Energisk person med stærke eksekveringsevner og interesse for biler
Vi forestiller os, at du har en kommerciel uddannelse på minimum bachelorniveau. Umiddelbart ser vi tre veje ind i rollen — enten den klassiske bilimportvej eller den mere generelle, hvor kandidaten har siddet med markedssansvaret for et mærke/brand/kapitalgode måske som Sales Manager, Country Manager eller lignende. Derudover kan man også være talentet, som med energi og ildhu besidder kompetencerne til at drive og implementere handlingsplanerne, og som kan se sig selv indgå i en udviklingsrugekasse under Business Development Director.
Det er en stor fordel, hvis man har prøvet at opbygge et brand i et kommercielt og konkurrencepræget marked — gerne Danmark, hvor man fra scratch har evnet at bygge strukturen og organisationen til at kunne eksekvere en plan.
Uanset hvilken vej man kommer fra, så er det et krav, at man har dokumenteret erfaring og succes med at have et selvstændigt ansvarsområde — og gerne med P/L-ansvar.
