People & Culture Business Partner in Offshore Wind

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our international Offshore HR team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our leaders to drive the people agenda for our departments, participate in leadership discussions, and contribute to the execution of our people and culture strategy.
In this role, you will report to the People & Culture Head for BU Offshore and be part of an international and diverse team of People & Culture Business Partners. You will be responsible for supporting senior leaders in driving the HR strategy, acting as a trusted advisor, and facilitating workshops and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior leaders in driving the HR strategy and act as a trusted advisor.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Drive and facilitate the recurring HR annual wheel, including performance management and salary review.
- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise, HR Service, Country Partners, and other HR Business Partners to provide HR solutions to the business.
- Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and presenting for senior stakeholders.
- Experience as a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Demonstrable experience in leadership and organizational development.
- Relevant experience working in an international organization and managing remote teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
