Hvis du elsker sport og events og drømmer om at bidrage til realiseringen af nogle af de mest spektakulære og ikoniske sportsevents, er du måske den Event Specialist, vi søger i Red Bull Danmark.

Som Event Specialist vil du indgå i vores Sports Marketing Team og arbejde med planlægningen og eksekveringen af Red Bull Danmarks egne sportsevents samt vores partnerskaber ved andre store sportsevents rundt om i landet. Du vil påtage dig vigtige opgaver ved de største Red Bull-events såsom Red Bull Cliff Diving, Red Bull Showrun og Red Bull Copenwaken, samt projektlede en række af vores mellemstore og mindre events. Du skal være ansvarsbevidst og ærekær omkring dit arbejde, have et stort drive og være i stand til at holde overblik og være struktureret. Kort sagt, du skal være en dygtig projektleder. Du vil dog på ingen måde stå alene. Du rapporterer direkte til vores Event Marketing Manager og skal arbejde tæt sammen med ham, resten af vores marketingafdeling, organisationen samt eksterne partnere. Din fornemmeste mission bliver at skabe unikke og inspirerende oplevelser for vores forbrugere, hvor de kan mærke vores brand og prøve vores produkt. Du skal være klar til at løse de nødvendige opgaver, store som små, for at lykkes med dette. Områder der passer dine styrker
  • Indgå aktivt i planlægningen og eksekveringen af Red Bull-events, herunder projektledelse af delelementer (f.eks. hospitality eller VIP-område).
  • Research, forhandling og indgåelse af partnerskaber med 3. parts-events.
  • Aktivering og kvalitetskontrol af partnerskaber ved 3. parts-events.
  • Design af forbrugeroplevelser for tilskuere og/eller deltagere.
  • Udvikling af plan for produktmarketing og sampling til events.
  • Deltage i udviklingen og konceptualiseringen af nye Red Bull-events.
  • Koordinering af opsætning og nedtagning af brandingelementer m.m. med leverandører.
  • Samarbejde med vores Media Network-afdeling for at skabe optimale vilkår for content creation til events.

- Arbejdstiden er 37,5 timer, og weekendarbejde vil forekomme fra tid til anden.

Minimumskrav
  • Erfaring inden for events og/eller sportsevents, enten som arrangør, partner, leverandør, crew e.l.
  • Evnen til at planlægge og eksekvere events eller projekter på både stort og småt niveau.
  • Du er en dygtig projektleder, der har stort overblik, er struktureret og god til både at samarbejde og uddelegere.
  • Du trives, når du arbejder i et team, og er god til at skabe relationer på tværs af felter og afdelinger.
  • Du er innovativ og skarp til at udvikle nye koncepter, aktiveringer og idéer.
  • Erfaring med budgethåndtering er et plus, men ikke et must.
  • Du er passioneret omkring sport og events.
