  • Identificere miljømæssige risici og muligheder hos kunder og udarbejde energi og carbon reduction roadmaps
  • Bidrage til at udvikle bæredygtighed som et nyt forretningsområde for CBRE GWS i Danmark
  • Være subject matter expert inden for energiledelse af bygninger
  • Udarbejde tilbud og supportere med forretningsudvikling og salg
  • Have en kommerciel og strategisk forståelse for produkt og forretningsudvikling
  • Være god til kundekontakt og konsulent arbejde.
  • Være en motiveret medarbejder der har interesse i at opbygge et nyt fagområde.

  • En videregående uddannelse som civilingeniør, cand.scient. eller anden relevant uddannelse på kandidatniveau og mindst 3 års erfaring, de fleste inden for energiledelse i bygninger og miljømæssig bæredygtighed.
  • Erfaring som konsulent inden for miljømæssig bæredygtighed og energieffektivitet
  • Erfaring med EPBD, DGNB, Energieffektivitetsdirektivet Bygningsreglementet, byggevareforordningen, og ISO 50001.
  • Erfaring med at samarbejde på tværs af faggrupper
  • Forståelse for forretningsudvikling og salg indenfor bygnings- og energiområde.
  • Et kommercielt og strategisk mind-set
  • Et overblik der gør, at du sjældent bliver slået ud af kurs når det går stærkt, eller noget ændres.
  • Du har øje for detaljer, og det, der driver dig, er, at levere kvalitet.
  • Du er analytisk tænkende og evner at formidle komplekse problemstillinger til forskellige faggrupper
  • Flydende i dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt.
