What you'll be doing:
  1. Ensure food and beverages are delivered to guest rooms accurately and on time.
  2. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless dining experience.
  4. Supervise the setup and cleanup of trays, trolleys, and service stations—keeping everything clean and organized.
