Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Lunar Denmark Full time

Are you ready to be part of an ambitious team that's breaking records and reaching new milestones? Do you thrive in a social environment where celebrating wins together is the norm?

As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Swedish-speaking Welcoming Specialist to support onboarding new business customers across the Nordics, balancing compliance with speed from our Copenhagen office .

At Lunar we are democratizing the power of money and changing the way we all bank, pay, and invest. Since starting in Aarhus in 2015, we've grown rapidly and are now a major player in the Nordics, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm.

So who are we? Are we a tech company or a bank? Well, we're both, breaking free from the usual categories. Here, tech isn't just a cool add-on; it's the core of how we do things. With our own banking license, we go head-to-head with traditional banks. What sets us apart is the mix of tech and financial services, giving us the power to shake up a dusty industry that's ready for a change.

In our journey to expand across the Nordics, we're focusing on increasing our market share in Sweden. We are seeking a Swedish-speaking colleague to not only drive our ambitions in the Swedish market but also to serve as a vital link, strengthening the connection between our Swedish and Danish offices.

You won't have to do this all alone, as our new Welcoming Specialist, you will join our dynamic Welcoming team and report to one of the team leads. The department has over 30 amazing individuals working in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm, focused on onboarding both consumer and business customers for all of Lunar.

What will you do?

  • Grow into managing the approval and onboarding process for new customers.
  • Work closely with the team for sparring and to ensure a balance between time and quality.
  • Reach out to customers via text and phone to gather necessary information quickly and effectively.
  • Participate in daily discussions with team members and the manager to align on goals and strategies.
  • Contribute to the team's record-breaking achievements by bringing a performance-oriented mindset.

Curious about the Lunar culture?

Everything at Lunar centers around our core - to challenge. It's infused into our four values and guides us in how to work together, lead projects, and lead people to reach our mission. Our values aren't just words on a page - they're what make us who we are and shape the vibe of our culture. For a longer read about our culture, click here .

  • Proficiency in Swedish and/or Danish, both written and spoken.
  • A strong drive for performance and development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with customer interactions over various communication channels.
