Som Transformation Manager vil du få ansvaret for:

Overordnet at styre og koordinere en portefølje af projekter, der vil bidrage til at sikre Johnson Controls og markedets fremtidige behov for vækst. Gennem dine kompetencer som projektleder vil du sikre, at vi når i mål med den overordnede transformation samt at hvert underprojekt når sine mål og leverer de aftalte resultater.

Det er planen at rollen som Transformation Manager naturligt fører videre til en ledende stilling i vores fabriksledelse, med fortsat fokus på udvikling og vækst, så stillingen er dermed permanent. Som Transformation Manager bliver du en del af fabrikkens ledelsesteam med reference til Plant Manager, samt til en styregruppe for projektet. Stemningen og samarbejdet i teamet bygger på gensidig respekt og sparring.

Arbejdsopgaver:

  • Udvikling og eksekvering af omfattende transformationsstrategi ud fra projektplan
  • Eksekvere projekterne i henhold til tidsplan
  • Sikre økonomisk opfølgning i henhold til godkendte investeringsmidler
  • Lede projektorganisationen og sikre samarbejde med de tværfunktionelle teams
  • Effektivt videreformidle projektstatus, risici og afhængigheder til interessenter på flere niveauer i organisationen
  • Forhandling, samarbejde og opfølgning med eksterne leverandører
  • Sikre projektet gennemføres uden arbejdsulykker i samarbejde med vores EHS-organisation

Den vi leder efter:

  • Stærke projektlederevner, med mindst 5-10 års erfaring fra produktionsvirksomhed eller teknisk industri
  • LEAN-mindset og dygtig til forandringsledelse
  • Effektive forhandlings- og kommunikationsevner, med flydende engelsk og dansk i både tale og skrift
  • Har omfattende kendskab til LEAN-værktøjer og procesoptimering
  • Du har tidligere arbejdet med kompleks projektstyring af en portefølje af projekter
  • Ingeniør eller anden tilsvarende teknisk uddannelse
  • Erfaring inden for produktionsteknologi, ingeniørarbejde og produktkvalitet
  • Målrettet og med højt drive
  • Er dygtig til at skabe samarbejde på tværs i en kompleks og international organisation

  • Er certificeret programleder (PRINCE2, Scrum eller lignende)
  • Har erfaring med automation og MES
  • Har erfaring med proces- og systemkendskab relateret til produktion
