Position Overview
In the role of Robotics Engineer, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operational processes from the initial design phase through to implementation and ongoing enhancements post-commissioning.
Your responsibilities will include the development of optimized automated solutions, with an emphasis on process enhancement and standardization across various operational sectors. Collaboration, standardization, and quality assurance will be at the forefront of your work.
You will work closely with a network of project managers, suppliers, and operational teams to deliver effective solutions that meet our stringent quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams, confidently presenting to larger audiences, including project stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead the identification and design of robotic solutions in collaboration with project teams and our IT/OT specialists.
- Employ systematic problem-solving techniques, independently gathering and analyzing data to draw informed conclusions.
Required Qualifications
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in automation, robotics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in robotics, preferably within a matrix organizational structure.
- Strong comprehension of process flows in IT/Automation and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ideally gained from experience in larger organizations or complex projects.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
