Cell Signaling and Gene Regulation Postdoctoral Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the University of Copenhagen. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research projects in cell signaling and gene regulation, using state-of-the-art technologies.
The Choudhary lab is a world-renowned research group, known for its excellence in proteomics, genomics, and cell biology. Our research focuses on understanding the mechanisms of gene regulation, including epigenetics and chromatin modifications. We use a range of approaches, including quantitative mass spectrometry, next-generation sequencing, and CRISPR-based genome editing.
As a postdoctoral researcher in our group, you will have the opportunity to work on independent research projects, collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, and contribute to the development of new research tools and methods. You will also have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including supercomputer resources and advanced microscopy equipment.
The position is funded by an ERC advanced grant, with additional funding from the Novo Nordisk Foundation. The salary is approximately 34,622 DKK per month, plus 17.1% pension contribution. Depending on qualifications, a supplement may be negotiated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research projects in cell signaling and gene regulation

Requirements:
- PhD or MD degree in natural or medical science
- Excellent scientific track record, including publications in high-quality journals
- Expert knowledge in one or more areas, such as epigenetics, gene transcription regulation, or quantitative mass spectrometry
