Postdoctoral Researcher in Proteomics and Genomics

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the University of Copenhagen's Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in proteomics and genomics, with a focus on understanding the scope and function of lysine acetylation in gene regulation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and conduct experiments using quantitative proteomics and genomics techniques to investigate the role of acetylation in gene regulation.
- Analyze large-scale datasets generated from next-generation sequencing technologies, including ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, and ATAC-seq.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement new research strategies and techniques.
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish results in top-tier scientific journals.
- PhD in a relevant field, such as proteomics, genomics, or biochemistry.
- Excellent scientific track record, with a strong publication record in top-tier scientific journals.
- Hands-on experience with quantitative mass spectrometry and next-generation sequencing technologies.
- Strong background in bioinformatics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
