Role Description
CIP is seeking an experienced professional to join our Flagship Fund Team in Tokyo as Associate - Renewable Energy Fund.
The Associate will be responsible for contributing to the development, structuring and execution of investments in greenfield renewable energy infrastructure projects in Japan, Taiwan and Korea.
The successful candidate will have a relevant master's degree within Economics, Finance, Business, or other related fields, and 2-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
In addition, the candidate will possess solid corporate finance knowledge, particularly in terms of valuation and financial modelling, with exposure to project finance preferred.
About the Team
The Flagship Fund Team in Tokyo is a highly experienced team working in a high-paced dynamic and truly global environment. The team is responsible for sourcing and acquiring new investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions, and executing investments.
The team works closely with external advisors and partners, including legal, financial, and technical advisors, to ensure that investments are executed efficiently and effectively.
